Lift-Off Hinges are an alternative to the Ross Safety Hinges. The hinge is made in two parts that can be pulled apart. This means the door can be removed by simply lifting it off its hinges if it becomes blocked from the inside. Also, check out our banister rails here.
These Hinges can be installed to inward opening doors. Existing doors must be cut by 20mm for installation. A handle is installed on the hinge side of the door to allow for the door to be lifted in emergency situations. An instruction sticker is supplied and available for installation with the hinges.
