Hi Rohith,
I just had a phone call from Andrew’s daughter and she told me that the builder who has been there to install the internal rails was absolutely lovely and Andrew was really happy and lit up after their visit, she said the builder took the time to talk to Andrew and get to know him a bit and it was a really positive experience for Andrew who can become quite anxious about all these home mods and equipment changes we’ve been working on so just wanted to pass this on!!

I just wanted to say thank you for sending Kris and Nick.
They are fantastic and have a great workmanship, as well as having a bit of a conversation with their clients.
Both Kris and Nick have great attitude’s that as a worker, one should aspire to be like.

I am just writing to say a huge thank you to you both and MAM and all the wonderful young tradies that worked on our bathroom renovation
It is a truly gorgeous job and we are so thrilled with it and cannot wait to use it.
I haven’t ever seen a more beautiful job, and done so cleanly too with wonderful clean and clever young tradies. The painter says he is coming tomorrow so we won’t use it until after the paint all dries and that way we know everything is set.

I visited Morton yesterday and he asked me to pass on his thanks to MAM for all the minor mods that have been installed – the bathroom rails, access rails, slip resist tile treatment. Morton was initially reluctant to accept these things but now he wonders how he managed without them and he is very thankful.

We needed a ramp constructed at the back entrance to our property in Melton South. After seeing ramp works MAM had done at a friend’s residence, we contacted MAM seeking their advice on the type/style of ramp and the work required for the installation of the ramp on our property.
MAM staff were extremely helpful with their prompt response and expert advice. The trades people who did the actual physical works were very pleasant and efficient; and their work tidy and faultless. We would recommend MAM very highly for any type of modification works that may be needed to improve the mobility of a member of your household.

Our family contracted MAM to build a new disabled bathroom and to widen doorways, to accommodate a wheel chair , for my disabled terminally ill mother.
The MAM team has been just fantastic to work with from start to finish.
The design stage was made easy by Stevens knowledge and expertise. The coordination was nothing short of miraculous by Elliott- he will forever be my hero, the sensitivity towards the situation with my mother and the determination to be solution oriented and meet deadlines, really was fantastic and supportive.
The contractors, ALL of them were- time efficient, polite, hardworking, clean, go above and beyond on the job, and their work was faultless. I was so impressed that I’m already planning the next project to do with them. They make a hard time (construction, change, fretful family members etc), seem enjoyable.
I recommend MAM very highly. Actually they would be the only people I would turn too, for all your construction needs, disabled modifications and expansions.

Thank you for recommending MAM to install bathroom rails and apply the non-slip surfacing on the shower floor. They have been easy to work with and the young tradesman did a great job. It’s good that the younger generation know how to wield a vacuum cleaner! My husband is very happy with the rails.

On behalf of my wife, Pauline, and I; I wish to put on the record our appreciation of the enthusiastic, prompt and most professional way your trades’ people conducted themselves at all times whilst completing their individual tasks.
During this time, they had to endure working in adverse conditions as the only illumination available was via two “heat lamp” lights which made the conditions within the bathroom unpleasant. No one complained, they completed their tasks admirably.
We are more than pleased with the outcome and thank you and your people for “job well done”.

I was always sure you were going to do a good job, but you did me the courtesy of leaving everything so neat and tidy I nearly had to wear sunglasses in my own house! I knew that your delightful receptionist would make sure messages got through to you Elliot and you responded reassuringly every time – not many services do that these days, and I will be recommending you to my friends, who are mostly in the age group requiring bathroom modifications. You also understood and worked around my problems, caused by the disabilities
Elliot, you are a true gentleman, underneath all that modern knowledge and you run a tight ship with a velvet glove – all the tradesmen I met were delightful and dedicated to the job. The results are startling, safe and sensible – and I wish I had managed to get it done earlier- still, as they say “better late than never” !!!!.

Dear Elliot,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to pass onto your guys who installed the ramp to my father’s home. A big thank you for doing such a great job (best mobility ramp I’ve ever seen), for being such a polite, helpful and tidy tradesmen. It meant a lot to myself, but in particular to my 90-year-old father who was extremely impressed with their carpentry and metal work.
Thank you to all who made this happen so quickly and you should be proud to have such a great team of people working for you.
